Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Havenaluna (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). This Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, shipping costs, processing times, and related responsibilities to help you understand how your order is handled.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide shipping services within Australia only.Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees and Taxes

  • Shipping Fees
    • Orders of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping.
    • Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated according to relevant requirements and are included in the total amount shown at checkout.

The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable, and no additional taxes will be charged after shipment.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Order processing is based on the following business hours:Australia / Sydney (AEST / AEDT) 9:00 – 18:00

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders enter the processing stage.Processing time: 1–3 business days

After processing is completed, the order will be dispatched for shipment.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

From the date of dispatch, the estimated total delivery time is: 5–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier schedules, or other logistical factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

We work with commonly used delivery services in Australia, including but not limited to:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

  • Toll

  • Aramex Australia

  • CouriersPlease

The final carrier will be confirmed in the shipping notification.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Order number

  • Payment summary

  • Shipping carrier information

You may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering:

  • Your email address or phone number used for the order

  • The corresponding order number

This will allow you to view the current order status.

8. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide relevant photos or details so we can assist.

  • Shipping Changes or Cancellations

Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as early as possible to confirm availability.

  • Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Inspection

To protect your interests, we recommend that you:

  • Inspect the outer packaging upon delivery

  • Check the quantity and condition of the items
